• One payment, prepaid, cannot be cancelled or suspended

How do I suspend my monthly membership? 
  • Send a "pause request email" to Liz@mountainsoulyoga.com
  • Include the dates of your suspension (first and last day of pause)
  • Suspensions may be requested for a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 3 months.
  • Memberships may be suspended one time per year. 
  • Prepaid six month and annual memberships may not be cancelled or suspended.

How do I cancel my monthly membership? 
  • Membership must be active (not suspended)
  • 30 days advance notice is required or a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Liz@mountainsoulyoga.com.
  • Prepaid six month and annual memberships may not be cancelled or suspended.​
