I was working in the corporate world in 2015 & needed an outlet for stress & more movement for my body. Yoga helped me connect me back to my body & fall in love with myself after a long time of not accepting or loving myself.
Why do you teach & practice yoga?
I teach & practice yoga because it has had such a profound change on my life for the better. It has taught me SO much through the years & it continues to show me more.
Who is your greatest yoga influence or inspiration?
The person who is discovering that yoga offers more than just the physical movement & cool looking poses. The person who wants to explore & absorb more physically, emotionally & spiritually.
What does it mean to be a "Mountain Soul?"
Mountains are said to be the closest to heavens and higher power, they offer a possibility of remarkable transformation & transcendence with full consciousness.
Describe your favorite day.
My favorite day is going to start with fresh squeezed juice, yoga, meditation & journaling, then lead into some creation of some sort with my hands! Definitely getting outside in solitude, or with the people that I love the most & of course my amazing pup! Ending with a relaxing bath & tea & early bedtime!
