Slow Flow Sound Bath & Yin Yoga with Kayla Weber and Jen Harrison
A slow flow class that moves more slowly, taking time to breathe deeply into each pose. We will move mindfully through a series of intentional poses to begin to absorb the energy the new moon. This meditative flow builds heat while creating peace and calm in the body and mind. We will finish class with 30 minutes of sound healing to let go of limitations and open to the new.
We will end class with an intention moon ritual to embrace transformation.
